  • Can I get a refund?
    Because the specials are time-sensitive and exclusive, all sales are final once the deal is no longer being offered. Note that three (3) days after the initial purchase (i.e., three days after you bought it), we can rarely issue a refund.
  • My voucher is expired. Now what?
  • Why can't I see my vouchers?
  • When I make a purchase, it says 'transaction failed!' What's going on?
  • I accidentally clicked my vouchers as 'used' but they're not- help!

    After your purchase, you'll get a unique link to share the deal. You must be a registered member and have a valid credit card on file to qualify. If a friend makes his/her first purchase through your unique link within 72 hours of registering, you will receive $10. Your credit will appear within 72 hours of their deal closing.
