New Year's resolutions to get fit usually involve costly gym memberships, gimmicky diet plans and nothing to show for it. Get real results in 2012 with a three- or six-week fitness boot camp at Boot Camp Challenge.
Camp kicks off on Monday, Jan. 16, and runs each Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30-6:30 a.m. The three-week camp ends Friday, Feb. 3, and the six-week camp ends Friday, Feb. 24. All fitness levels are welcome, so don't miss this opportunity to get in shape!
Each camper answers a health questionnaire before participating. At the start of camp, everyone receives a fitness assessment to create a baseline by which to measure your progress toward your goals.
Whether you want to lose inches off your waist, decrease your body fat, or increase your strength and endurance, Boot Camp Challenge can help you succeed. Workouts are never repeated, so training is always exhilarating, never monotonous. Kim Ryan, a certified personal trainer, leads the camp and provides encouragement, nutritional guidance and support to every camper.
Boot camps focus on camaraderie between participants, so you can meet new people and get fit at the same time. That's two New Year's resolutions to check off your list!
