You can receive a $10 credit (a.k.a. Specialicious money) in your Specialicious account by following these simple steps:

  1. Make sure you're a registered member with a credit card on file
  2. Invite your friends to register for using your personal invite link below
  3. Your friends must make a purchase on within 72 hours of registering
  4. Sit back, relax and you will see your credit 72 hours after the deals purchased by your friends have closed

What's the voucher redemption process?

Upon completing your order, you will receive an e-mail containing receipt of your payment information and purchase details. The voucher will be located in your Specialicious account: Log in, go to MY ACCOUNT, then MY VOUCHERS to print the voucher. Your voucher will appear either right away, or as soon as the special you purchased ends, depending on the deal restrictions. You will be able to use your voucher as soon as you receive it and- no worries- it will include anything you need to know about redeeming it.

Can I modify or cancel my purchase?

Yes, but it must be done before midnight the day it was purchased. To cancel, go to MY ACCOUNT then MY VOUCHERS and then click "CANCEL." Please note- once you "PRINT" your voucher, you will not be able cancel through your account- you must contact with any refund requests for unused vouchers.

How do gift purchases work?

When you buy a Specialicious voucher as a gift and choose the e-mail option, an e-mail will be sent to your lucky recipient as soon as your card is charged. If you choose to print your gift, you'll be able to do that on the "My Account" page under "Gift Purchases."

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

Because the specials are time-sensitive and exclusive, all sales are final once the deal is no longer being offered. However, if you have a problem with your purchase, please contact Note: Three days after your initial purchase, we can rarely issue a refund.
